Guest / incognito — not exercised

This Chrome session's browser profile already had a tab open and signed in as peytontianyan@gmail.com before this walk started (likely a concurrent QA session sharing the browser). No incognito-window tool was available, and signing out would have cleared auth for every tab in the shared browser — risking disruption of that concurrent session. Guest-chrome steps 1-4 were not run. Recommend re-running from a session with a genuine incognito window.

CT-IR3-03 BLOCKED (infra)

375 mobile — not exercised

resize_window(375, 812) reported success but had zero effect on the rendered viewport — window.innerWidth stayed at 1215 before and after, screen.width reports a fixed 1280×800 display. A CSS-zoom workaround was tried and also did not change the layout viewport. The 375 work-mobile stack was not exercised. Recommend re-running from a session with working viewport control.

The design artifact has moved on since this plan was authored (a follow-on PR #4132 has since touched the same plan file).
