pulse-activity-display · CT-PAD-06, 07, 08, 10 · 2026-08-23The QA account (Peyton WP) was wiped earlier today for the Bali Offline Pilot rebuild — Overview confirms
"No assistants yet", 0 runs this week, 0 lifetime runs. Per the plan's own instruction
("SKIP the whole scenario if the account has zero merged rows — do not fabricate events"),
CT-PAD-06, 07, and 08 all require a populated Activity feed and cannot be honestly walked right now.
CT-PAD-10 doesn't need data — it tests a URL rewrite — and it failed: opening
?tab=runs correctly renders the Activity tab (never a 404/blank/Overview), but the browser's
URL never rewrites to ?tab=activity as AC-PULSE-24 requires. Filed as
issue #3929.
Opened /pulse?tab=activity signed in as Peyton WP. Overview confirms zero assistants and
zero runs (account wiped today for the Bali Offline Pilot rebuild). The Activity/All feed correctly
shows the empty state (0 events, "Nothing yet. Runs and Brain updates land here."),
not a populated one — there is nothing to fabricate. Plan precondition explicitly requires SKIP here.
Re-verify once this account (or another QA account) has real runs/Brain events again.

Precondition is "CT-PAD-06 reached a populated All feed" — it did not (see above), so this scenario is not reachable this sitting. Not walked.
Precondition requires the account to have runs. Confirmed zero via Overview Breakdown table ("No assistants yet — Browse assistants →", Total row: 0 runs). SKIP per plan.
Opened https://platform.mystflo.com/pulse?tab=runs signed in. The page correctly renders
the Activity tab — merged feed, All/Assistant/Brain strip, Needs-attention toggle, proper empty state.
Never a 404, blank page, or silent fall-through to Overview — that half of AC-PULSE-24 holds.
But the pass criterion also requires "URL becomes ?tab=activity" — and it doesn't.
Checked the tab's live URL after 5+ seconds settle time: it stayed https://platform.mystflo.com/pulse?tab=runs
verbatim. Root cause traced in src/pages/Pulse.tsx: resolvePulseActiveTab() only
normalizes the in-memory render value ('runs' → 'activity') — nothing calls
setActiveTab('activity') to rewrite the URL search param when the incoming param was the
legacy runs value. Filed as
issue #3929 with the exact fix (call
setActiveTab('activity') once on mount when tab === 'runs').
Screenshot: page after navigating to ?tab=runs — content is correct Activity tab, but the tab's live URL (captured via Chrome tab API, not visible in this screenshot) still reads ?tab=runs
Confirms the account was fully wiped today: 0 runs this week / 0 this month, "Nothing needs you right now,"
Breakdown table shows "No assistants yet." MTD Cost tile still shows $87.29 — a stale
aggregate from before the wipe (billing ledger, not Activity/runs data — out of scope for this plan).

MIXED. 1 real, confirmed bug (CT-PAD-10, issue #3929 — cosmetic URL-hygiene, not a broken page). 3 scenarios correctly SKIPPED, not fabricated, because the QA account has zero Activity data right now (wiped today for a parallel Bali Offline Pilot sitting). Queue stays open — re-walk CT-PAD-06/07/08 once this account (or another QA account) has real runs/Brain events, and re-verify CT-PAD-10 once #3929 ships.
